Custom Italy Itinerary Design – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

This service includes the creation of a custom, day-by-day Italy itinerary based on the information you provide in your trip questionnaire. Your itinerary will include recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, tours, transportation, and experiences for up to 14 days of travel (unless an add-on was purchased).

After receiving your completed questionnaire, you will receive a rough plan via email for approval before the final itinerary is produced. One round of feedback on this rough plan is included. Additional revisions may require an added fee.

This is a planning and consulting service only — Travel Alphas, LLC and Maddy’s Avenue are not travel agents, tour operators, or booking intermediaries, and do not act as agents for any supplier, hotel, restaurant, tour company, or transportation provider.

All bookings, payments, confirmations, and communications with third parties are your sole responsibility. All recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying prices, availability, opening hours, schedules, and entry requirements before booking.

This service does not include live consultation calls, itinerary rewrites, or ongoing email support after delivery. All communication occurs via email during the planning and delivery process only.

2. Payment, Refunds & Delivery

Payment is required in full at checkout.
Once your completed questionnaire is received, itinerary design will begin.

All sales are final and non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted.
If you decide not to proceed before submitting your questionnaire, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Your completed itinerary will be delivered via email within 3 weeks of receiving your completed questionnaire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Revisions & Edits

Your itinerary includes one complimentary round of edits, limited to minor adjustments (e.g., swapping restaurant or hotel options, reordering days, or replacing specific activities).

This round of edits must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Additional or substantial revisions — such as destination changes, added travel days, or major restructuring — will incur an additional fee determined by Travel Alphas, LLC.

4. Dormancy & Client Delays

If your completed questionnaire or requested follow-ups are not received within 30 days of purchase, the project will be marked inactive.
Reactivation (if available) may require a $100 reactivation fee or purchasing additional scope.

5. Delivery Format

Your itinerary will be delivered digitally via Google Docs and a private Google Map link (when applicable).
Occasionally, Google may update or expire map-sharing permissions. If this occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will restore or re-share the map link at no cost. After that period, reactivation or recreation may require an additional fee.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Some hotel, tour, and experience links may be affiliate links.
This means Travel Alphas, LLC may earn a small commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that all travel involves risk, and that Travel Alphas, LLC, Maddy’s Avenue, and their owners, representatives, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, or expense arising from your trip or from reliance on the provided itinerary.

By purchasing this service, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Travel Alphas, LLC and Maddy’s Avenue from any and all claims, damages, or expenses related to your travel plans or use of this service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Travel Alphas, LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. No Guarantee

While every effort is made to provide accurate, high-quality recommendations, results and experiences are not guaranteed.
Advice is based on personal experience and research, and is intended to assist you in planning your own trip.

9. Force Majeure

Travel Alphas, LLC is not responsible for any delay or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, natural disasters, or technical issues).

10. Copyright & Personal Use

Your itinerary and any accompanying materials are for personal use only.
They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission from Travel Alphas, LLC.

11. Chargebacks

You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting Travel Alphas, LLC to resolve the issue.
We may provide proof of purchase, delivery, and agreed terms to your card issuer if a dispute arises.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Italy Trip Planning Session - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

This Italy Trip Planning Session is a one-time, 30-minute consultation conducted via Zoom. It includes personalized travel advice and recommendations based on the information you provide, plus a follow-up email summarizing our discussion and including booking links.

This service does not include travel booking, itinerary creation from scratch, or ongoing email support.

All advice and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for making your own travel arrangements and verifying current prices, schedules, entry requirements, and other details.

Travel Alphas, LLC and Maddy’s Avenue are not travel agents, tour operators, or booking intermediaries, and do not act as agents for any supplier, tour operator, hotel, restaurant, or transportation provider.

2. Payment, Refunds & Scheduling

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Because this is a personalized consulting service, all sales are final and non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or completed.

If a mutually suitable time cannot be found, a full refund will be provided.

You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, using the link in your confirmation email.

If you miss your session or cancel within 24 hours, your payment will be forfeited.

If you fail to schedule your session within 30 days of purchase, your booking may be marked inactive. Reactivation (if available) may require an additional fee or a new booking.

3. Deliverables

You will receive your meeting notes, follow-up email, and booking links within 10 business days after the session.

Meeting notes and booking links will be delivered digitally via email. Links may occasionally change if third-party providers update URLs or remove availability; replacement links will be provided at our discretion within 30 days of delivery.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some recommendations or booking links may include affiliate links.
This means Travel Alphas, LLC may earn a small commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

You assume full responsibility for your travel plans, bookings, and experiences.

Travel Alphas, LLC, Maddy’s Avenue, and their owners, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, expense, or claim that may arise in connection with your travel.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Alphas, LLC, Maddy’s Avenue, and their owners, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in this service or reliance on its recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Travel Alphas, LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
